BriarPatch Food Co-op was founded in 1976 in Grass Valley, CA, and since then, has grown to include over 15,000 members with sales nearing $40M per year. Joffrey Ballet School
Joffrey Ballet School serves a broad group of students from professional dancers to young children. Their new facility in Queens was developed in part to address the summer programs that bring aspiring young dancers from around the world to experience the highest level of dance instruction.
Neuroscience Center
A private university with locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn has several projects underway. UPC works with the university’s facilities department to manage renovations throughout their various buildings. Almost all of the projects are in existing buildings, often Landmarked, originally designed for other uses and requiring modernization and adaptation for new program requirements.
Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts
Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts hosts over 70 classes for over 1,500 students every summer at its 140 acre campus. Students have access to 70 studios and theaters, including a 1,000-seat award-winning amphitheater, a drama center, and discovery center; four modern tennis courts; three large outdoor swimming pools; two yoga platforms; an archery range; a Quidditch field; and a recreation area for basketball and other games.

Holmes Camp & Retreat Center
Holmes Camp & Retreat Center has added Agape II, a new conference center with overnight guest accommodations nestled within its 550 acre wooded camp and conference center in the lower Hudson River Valley. Holmes’ Agape II conference center provides ten overnight guest accommodations within a new bi-level meeting facility.
New York Quarterly Meeting
The New York Quarterly Meeting Society of Friends (NYQM) owns and manages several historic buildings surrounded by hardscape and landscape in New York City. They also own and manage two cemeteries. The Society of Friends has had a historic commitment to social justice, and Friends have been active in the abolition of slavery, the advancement of equal rights for women, fairness in immigration, and ending war.
Congregation Beth Elohim
Congregation Beth Elohim (CBE) is a Reform Jewish congregation in Brooklyn and a spiritual, cultural, and intellectual center for Jewish revitalization. CBE occupies two facilities at the intersection of Garfield Place and Eighth Avenue in the Park Slope Landmark District.
Uncommon Schools – NorthStar Academy Campuses

For over 50 years, Ryan Health has been a designated Article 28 family medicine clinic and federally qualified health center providing high-quality, affordable services to medically underserved communities across Manhattan.
Queens Community House
Queens Community House (QCH) is undertaking a complete renovation of the Forest Hills Community Center, its largest program site and administrative headquarters. Approximately 5,000 community members attend programs at the center each year which are supported by a commercial kitchen and large multipurpose room in addition to multiple classrooms and meeting spaces.
Korean Community Services
Korean Community Services (KCS) is a non-profit organization that has been serving New York’s Korean and broader Asian Community since 1973. KCS’s mission is to be a bridge for Korean immigrants and the wider Asian community to fully integrate into society and overcome economic, health and social barriers. KCS services include programs in the areas of Aging, Education, Immigration, Workforce Development, Public Health, and Mental Health.
Turnstyle
Turnstyle is a retail center at Columbus Circle with more than 30 shops and creative start-ups. Turnstyle is the first privately financed retail marketplace within the NYC subway system and is a model for public/ private partnerships and transit retail. The project involved integrating amenities and tenant spaces, and coordinating between multiple public and private partners.
Park Avenue Investment Firm
This Park Avenue investment firm creates long term value by maximizing the synergy between talent and capital. The firm’s ongoing success and growth warranted a new office space with more amenities and meeting rooms. Some of the project’s features included an employee lounge, private offices, multiple gathering spaces including a library and high-end finishes throughout the space.
Saint Ann’s School
Saint Ann’s School serves Pre-K to 12th grade students in an environment shaped by a philosophy of nurturing the individual pursuit of knowledge. As part of a strategic master plan to upgrade all its facilities, the main 100,000 SF historic building was renovated and two nearby townhouses were converted into one classroom building.
Riverdale Country School
Riverdale Country School is a Pre-k through 12th grade independent school located in the Bronx. Their philosophy stems from a belief that the future belongs to those who adapt to new situations, ask good questions, try new ideas and work well with others.

Brooklyn Community Services (BCS) is one of the oldest and largest social services providers in Brooklyn, providing support and opportunities to children, adults and families with mental illness and developmental disabilities.
