UPC, working with Uncommon’s Senior Director of Facilities, provided facilities management oversight and strategy for its Northstar Academy Campuses in Newark.  UPC worked closely with Uncommon Schools' internal staff as well as their outsourced consultants to increase efficiency and improve building maintenance in a number of areas, especially capital systems, through evaluation of existing systems and protocols. UPC's role included assessment, recommendations for improvement and oversight of implementation of corrective strategies for both short-term and long-term results.
