Holmes Camp & Retreat Center has added Agape II, a new conference center with overnight guest accommodations nestled within its 550 acre wooded camp and conference center in the lower Hudson River Valley. Holmes’ Agape II conference center provides ten overnight guest accommodations within a new bi-level meeting facility. 

UPC was engaged to provide owners representative services throughout the project. Site improvements included significant grading work to add walking paths, parking lots, landscaping, site lighting, and a new septic system; upgrading the existing water supply distribution, storage, and treatment system to a DOH-certified public water system; and generating and implementing a new stormwater management plan. Site improvements were sized to anticipate additional expansion of guest facilities.
