Queens Community House (QCH) is undertaking a complete renovation of the Forest Hills Community Center, its largest program site and administrative headquarters. Approximately 5,000 community members attend programs at the center each year which are supported by a commercial kitchen and large multipurpose room in addition to multiple classrooms and meeting spaces.
UPC has been engaged to provide owners representative services for the design and construction phases of the QCH capital project. This project will result in an improved, accessible, state-of-the-art community center that can adequately and safely accommodate a variety of interconnected support programs, while also providing space for members of the community across ages, ethnicities, and class to convene, connect and organize around shared goals.
