BriarPatch Food Co-op was founded in 1976 in Grass Valley, CA, and since then, has grown to include over 15,000 members with sales nearing $40M per year. Turnstyle
Turnstyle is a retail center at Columbus Circle with more than 30 shops and creative start-ups. Turnstyle is the first privately financed retail marketplace within the NYC subway system and is a model for public/ private partnerships and transit retail. The project involved integrating amenities and tenant spaces, and coordinating between multiple public and private partners.
Hot Bread Kitchen
Hot Bread Kitchen is a workforce development program that provides job placement and economic mobility for women, immigrants, and people of color in New York City through careers in food. Since its creation in 2008, Hot Bread Kitchen has successfully placed hundreds of women in jobs, incubated over 250 businesses, and has had over $100M in regional economic impact.
Park Avenue Investment Firm
This Park Avenue investment firm creates long term value by maximizing the synergy between talent and capital. The firm’s ongoing success and growth warranted a new office space with more amenities and meeting rooms. Some of the project’s features included an employee lounge, private offices, multiple gathering spaces including a library and high-end finishes throughout the space.
