This Park Avenue investment firm experienced significant success and growth warranting a new office space with more amenities and meeting rooms. Some of the project’s features included an employee lounge, private offices, multiple gathering spaces including a library and high-end finishes throughout the space.
UPC was engaged to provide owners representative services through all phases of the project, from design to project closeout. The lounge, which included a commercial kitchen, required engagement of a kitchen consultant who helped create solutions to multiple special, equipment and code-related challenges. The project was completed in time for the firm to move to its new space coincidental with the end of the lease at their previous office space. UPC coordinated the client's move-in and operations startup, ensuring a seamless transition into their new space.
