For over 50 years, Ryan Health has been a designated Article 28 family medicine clinic and federally qualified health center providing high-quality, affordable services to medically underserved communities across Manhattan.

UPC oversaw the renovation of Ryan Health’s new Washington Heights location. UPC was on-boarded before the scope and budget were finalized and helped Ryan Health align the scope and budget. UPC's role also included managing the architect and CM selection, and building a team with a depth of experience working in technically complex healthcare projects. In addition, UPC also worked with the client and consultants to obtain all permits, including those from the Department of Health.
