Harmony Health Medical Clinic and Family Resource Center is dedicated to fostering a healthy community where all individuals reach their highest potential for health, happiness and well-being. As a Federally Qualified Health Center with 5 clinics, a birth center and a mobile clinic serving rural communities, Harmony Health serves as a community-centered provider health services to individuals and families.

UPC was engaged by Harmony Health Medical Clinic to support their development of a new medical center that will serve as a central hub for their services. The new center will house medical and behavioral services and staff, and include ancillary services such as dental, optometry and/or pharmacy. It will also include community space for gathering and learning. UPC is supporting Harmony Health in all phases of the project including strategic planning, team engagement, budgeting and fundraising, and design and construction.
