NoVo Foundation is dedicated to catalyzing a transformation in global society, moving from a culture of domination to one of equality and partnership by imagining new ways of being in community.

UPC supported the Foundation in its renovation of an industrial building in Brooklyn to serve as the Foundation’s headquarters. UPC joined the team during construction to assist with a challenging build and successfully brought the project to completion in collaboration with the project team. UPC also supported the Foundation through the closeout process which resulted in significant savings for the client. The Foundation was also able to achieve their workforce goal of having over 30% of construction hours performed by women.
