Since its founding in 1901, The Cathedral School of St. John of the Divine has been committed to the pursuit of excellence of their students and in making them responsible citizens of New York City and the world.

UPC assisted The Cathedral School in completing the construction manager selection process for its campus expansion project. Working closely with the school, UPC created a bidder list, reviewed relevant drawings, developed the request for proposal, and managed negotiations with the contractor.
