Sarah Haga

Sarah has been passionately engaged in the building industry since high school. Through affirmative action programs, she gained field experience working as a Union apprentice carpenter and as a field engineer for a major international contracting company. Soon after becoming a licensed architect in Massachusetts, Sarah moved to Atlanta where she was the Construction Project Manager for the state agency overseeing the 1996 Olympic Games and managed multiple community redevelopment projects around the venues.

Since 2000, Sarah has been an owners representative working regionally from New York City and leading dozens of projects through the development process.

Strategic planning that sets projects up for success is Sarah’s greatest strength. Her style is to be very engaged during implementation and on-site during construction. In advising clients and overseeing projects, she draws on years of experience with private and public funding sources, the design process and her time in the field.

In 2014 Sarah started UPC based on a belief that a diverse and collaborative team can bring exceptional value to projects that matter to our community.
