Megan Chusid, Principal, brings her passion for project management, strategic planning, operations and business development to UPC and clients.
Megan's strength lies in her ability to manage all demands of a project, ranging from creative solutions in the ongoing day to day operations of an organization to implementing long-term strategic plans.
Megan is a registered architect with over 20 years of real estate experience working in architecture, construction and facility management for both corporate and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining UPC, Megan oversaw global corporate real estate projects at MetLife and worked as the Associate Director of Facilities at the Guggenheim Museum & Foundation as well as roles within construction and architecture firms.

Megan managed multiple capital and maintenance projects including: elevator modernization, shading device research & design, exterior restoration repair & repainting, rotunda lighting upgrade, new on-site conservation lab, terrazzo restorations and multimedia lab renovation. Outside of NY, Megan managed the Guggenheim Helsinki Design Competition and advised on the business plan, BOH and FF&E packages for the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Megan also contributed to the Guggenheim Blog with topics specific to architecture.

Megan was part of Global Corporate Real Estate team that oversaw the renovation of interior fit-out projects around the world. Projects include: Urban Campus in NYC; Regional HQ in Japan; Global Operations Service Center in Mexico and a Technology Hub in Ireland.
