Aubrey Lockard
Office Manager
Aubrey Lockard, Office Manager, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in International and Global Studies and Human Rights. She has worked in the construction and real estate development industry since 2011 in various office manager and accounting roles. Aubrey has worked on projects ranging from single-family interior renovations to large-scale, multi-unit residential, office and retail conversions. While Aubrey’s focus lies with managing UPC's home office, she is also an integral member of UPC’s business development team, providing graphic design support and serving as in-house IT expert.
Prior to joining UPC, Aubrey worked as a project controls coordinator for Macklowe Properties.

*Completed prior to joining UPCOutside of UPC, Aubrey spends most of her time on any arts & crafts project she can get her hands on – knitting, crocheting, sewing, painting – anything! When there’s not a paintbrush or knitting needle in hand, you can find her roller skating through Central Park or training for her next marathon!
